Fremantle is most certainly having a moment, and the latest bar and restaurant to join the mix is Emily Taylor, the 450-person bar and restaurant that has opened as part of the new Warders Hotel.

Neighbouring the Freo Markets, the old warder’s cottages are iconic and it doesn’t get much better than throwing back a cocktail or two with some bao and dumplings in the huge leafy courtyard of Emily Taylor.
